Software description
Club Management 1.0 is the complete solution for membership management of an association. It is a management software that enables the storage and retrieval of data and related payments of members: ideal for cultural associations, book clubs, professional associations, non-profit organizations, volunteer associations, sports clubs and any other type of association.
Thanks to Club Management 1.0 it will be possible to trace any member at any time from any search field (such as the membership card number), and to keep track of the total amount of payments received. At any moment it will be possible to extract the lists of members whose registration is due, to contact them and urge renewal. At the same time as a payment, the expiration date of the member’s card can be updated. The reporting section allows to view, print and export data on the members registry, on members with due renewals, on payments received, with monthly statistics and reports per month and per year.
The simple, engaging and intuitive interface of Club Management 1.0 ensures great ease of use and fast learning even for the less experienced.

👥 Members Registry
The members registry stores all data for each member: type, surname/company name, name, address, ZIP, city, province, home phone, office phone, fax, mobile, tax code/VAT, e-mail, website, notes, membership card number, date of birth, registration date, expiry date, creation date, last modification date. Functionalities: view, insert, search, print member data, print member card, export to CSV for Excel.
💰 Payments
For each payment the following data is stored: member, payment date, amount, reason, notes, creation date, last modification date. At the time of entering a payment it is possible to simultaneously update the expiry date of the member’s card. While entering a payment, the member’s type (e.g. Founder, Regular, Honorary), registration date and card expiry date are displayed. Functionalities: view, insert, search, print payment data, print receipts, export to CSV for Excel.
📊 Reports
The reporting section allows to view, print and export: full members list, members with due renewals, payments received, monthly statistics, reports per month and per year. All data is exportable in CSV format (importable in Microsoft Excel or similar software) for further processing, graphs or mail merge with Word.
💾 USB Pendrive support
Club Management 1.0 can be run directly from a USB pendrive. To do so, simply install the software once and then move the installation folder to the pendrive. The archive containing all club data resides in the same folder from which the program is launched — so if you run it from the pendrive, the archive will also be on the pendrive.

How does the registration work?
The registration of Club Management 1.0 consists in a one-time payment of 49 Euros by PayPal or credit card via a secure transaction. Once the payment has been received, within one working day you will receive the serial code to unlock the software. Are there any time limitations?
No. You can use the registered version of Club Management 1.0 for an unlimited time. You only pay once.
Can I run the software from a USB pendrive?
Yes! Install the software at least once on a PC, then move the installation folder to the pendrive. The data archive resides in the same folder as the executable — so if you run it from the pendrive, your data travels with it.
I registered but did not receive the serial code. What should I do?
First, check your spam/junk folder. If you still cannot find it, contact us at clubmanagement@sepanet.it and we will resend it promptly.
