How the club membership management software works
Club Management 1.0 is the complete solution for membership management of any type of association or club. The software enables full storage and retrieval of member data and related payments, with instant access to lists of members with due renewals, monthly and yearly statistics, and CSV export for Excel.
Thanks to Club Management 1.0 you can trace any member at any time from any search field (such as the membership card number), monitor total payments received, and update each member’s card expiry date at the same time as recording a payment.

Members Registry
The members registry stores all data for each member: type, surname/company name, name, address, ZIP, city, province, phone numbers, fax, mobile, tax code/VAT, e-mail, website, notes, membership card number, date of birth, registration date, expiry date. Functionalities: view, insert, search, print member data, print member card, export to CSV for Excel.
Payments and card renewal management
For each payment the following data is stored: member, payment date, amount, reason, notes. At the time of entering a payment it is possible to simultaneously update the expiry date of the member’s card. The member’s type, registration date and card expiry date are always visible during payment entry. Functionalities: view, insert, search, print receipts, export to CSV.
Reports and statistics
The reporting section allows you to view, print and export: full members list, members with due renewals, payments received, monthly statistics, reports per month and per year. All data is exportable in CSV format for Excel, for further processing, graphs or mail merge with Word.
USB Pendrive support
Club Management 1.0 can be run directly from a USB pendrive. Simply install the software once on a PC, then move the installation folder to the pendrive. The data archive resides in the same folder as the executable — your data travels with you wherever you go.
